7-Day Return Policy
DigiZone offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories and included items must be present
- Clear photos/video of the defect must be shared on WhatsApp
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Earphones/earbuds once opened (hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Easypaisa/JazzCash or bank transfer.
